Additionally, eating this way is less taxing on the digestive and metabolic systems and also reduces your risk of heart disease.

  • Do something every day and have a reason to live.
Whether you take a walk around the block, work in the garden, or go to the gym, do something physical every day if time is an issue buy a Nintendo Wii and get a Wii fit program that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
